We are all about transparency around here. We know that birth support is a huge investment, and that it can be nerve-racking to invite someone into your space during such a vulnerable time.
And that’s why we structure our services the way we do. Working as a team allows us to offer top-of-the-line care from experienced doulas at a manageable price — Check out the client benefits of working with a doula team!
We have multiple payment options for doula care so you can find something that fits your budget! DOULA SUPPORT
Full Support from your bloc of birth doulas for your pregnancy and birth!
Here’s what’s included:
One, 3-hour, in-depth prenatal meeting with your doula of choice to prepare for your birth. We go in deep into what you are wanting from your birth experience, how your partner and doula can support you with non-medical comfort measures and advocacy tools, and answer your questions about the medical pain relief options you’re interested in. We’ll also help you write a birth plan that can serve as a communication tool between you and your provider, and walk you through ways to prepare your mind and body for birth!
Doula support at your birth by a doula on our team from the moment you need support, until you are settled post-birth. Since we work as a team, we don’t have any time constraints on our support. Whenever you need us, we’ll be there!
One, 1.5-hour, in-home postpartum visit with your doula of choice to check in on your mental, emotional, and physical health; recap your birth, answer any questions you or your partner have, and help with newborn and feeding care.
Access to our community WhatsApp group that has announcements, on-call schedules, event information (we typically have group gatherings either in-person or virtually every 4-6 weeks!), pregnancy and birth information, and MORE!
Direct contact via text or e-mail with three experienced birth doulas who can answer your questions (or point you to someone who can) whenever you need support throughout your pregnancy and postpartum experience.
Invitation to online and in-person group gatherings with other expecting families so you can build community connections and get to know all the doulas on our team before your big BIRTH day!

Benefits of working with a Doula Team
We each have unique strengths that you can pull from to get all the care, knowledge, and attention you need during your pregnancy and birth. Even if you only work in—person with one or two of the doulas on our team, we are always in contact with one another asking for insight to make sure we are serving you best.
We always have back-up doulas who know your birth plan and can jump in seamlessly when needed! Sometimes births go really long, or one of us gets sick and doesn’t want to spread anything to you or your newborn… and with built in back-up, we can continue showing up for you without missing a beat!
There is no cap on how many hours we support your birth. Whether your birth is 3 hours or three days (yes, that happens), you will have a rested doula who is ready to help each step of the way.
We don't get burnt-out! Did you know the average doula burns out by the 2-year mark? By serving on a team, we have gotten to stay in the game longer while finding balance for ourselves and our families, which means you get to work with experienced and knowledgeable doulas at a fair price!

What is “Choose What You Pay”?
Our “Choose What You Pay Program” is our doula scholarship fund and works exactly how it sounds! You can pick any of our service offerings that suit your pregnancy and birth needs; and let us know what you can reasonably pay for the service. 10% of everything we make goes into our scholarship fund. When you apply to work with us through “Choose What You Pay”, we take you on as a client if we have enough in the fund to cover the additional fees to match our prices. You are treated exactly the same as all of our full-price clients, because our doulas are still being paid exactly the same to serve you!
We never want anyone to break the bank while getting the support they need during their birth and postpartum experience. Don’t be ashamed to reach out and get the help you need to afford doula care if it’s something you are wanting to utilize during your experience.
