We offer full spectrum doula care (The Complete Package), birth coaching services (Prep & Postpartum Package), childbirth education classes (included in our doula care packages or purchased separately), and a free postpartum support circle for those with a baby under one year of age.

A doula supports you during your pregnancy and birth through educational, emotional & physical support. Our current mainstream maternal health care system is not able to meet these needs effectively for pregnant individuals. Studies have shown that when giving birth with a doula present, people have significantly better health outcomes for them and their baby.

YES, YES, and another YES for emphasis. Doulas are trained to support ALL births, and it is fun to have some variety! Unmedicated birth is great, but not the right option for some, and we 100% support parents choosing what they feel comfortable with for their birth. Doulas can change your position frequently while utilizing an epidural, encourage labor along during an induction, or help center the vibes during your c-section around you and your baby bonding.

We encourage all partners to attend our free, 30-minute initial consultation and see how they feel about a doula being present at the birth after that! We are always happy to answer all their questions — No strings attached.

Doulas will never replace a partner’s role in birth. Doulas are actually at the birth to help the person giving birth AND the partner have a better experience! As a partner, wouldn’t you feel great being educated on how you can help create a more comfortable and respected birth experience? Doulas are there to do just that… empower the partner to take control of the birthing room just as much as the parent giving birth and help them know how to be an active participant in the process.

A doula is there to help you navigate the maternal health care system, provide emotional and physical support to the whole family, educate you on your birthing options, help your partner look like a rock star… while letting them grab food and go to the bathroom once in a while.

Our doulas set their own prices for the doula packages based on experience level and additional certifications (all of us are certified birth doulas but vary on continuing education and additional certifications pursued based on special interests and time as a doula). Each of those prices can be found under each package description. Note that all doula packages include our childbirth education classes — which is valued at $360.

We have multiple payment plan options and are happy to work with whatever schedule is best for our client. We ask that the first payment of the payment plan is paid within a week of booking to reserve your spot, and that your invoice is fully paid by 37 weeks of pregnancy.

Childbirth education classes are paid for directly through our site when booking and are $45/class.

We accept credit and debit cards, checks, Venmo, or payments through Flexible Spending Accounts or Health Savings Accounts (yes, they cover doula services!).

3% card transaction fee is added to all payment methods for doula services except for checks

After your consultation, we will send you a link to a booking form, which you can fill out if you’d like to move forward with reserving our services. After that we will onboard you onto our client portal; where you can pay your invoices, sign the contract, and get access to booking your childbirth education classes and one-on-one prenatal meeting.
