As a birth doula, I get a front row seat to the good and bad trends happening in the pregnancy world. In the information age, with every opinion, thoughts, or resource literally at our fingertips; it can feel very overwhelming to navigate the information onslaught that happens with the monumental change of seeing that positive pregnancy test.

Here are the three things I hope pregnant women leave behind in 2025…
